Just for Kids

Telluride and Mountain Village provide many fun activities for kids and families year round: dance, karate, movies, music, theater workshops and more. Young children even love riding the free gondola, and almost all youth enjoy an excursion to Ouray's nearby hot springs swimming pool.

In winter, most children like ice skating, ski school, sledding, tubing on Thrill Hill and tying into the ropes at the indoor climbing gym.

By summer it's easy to keep kids busy with the Nature Center, Adventure Rock (a man-made rock for bouldering), a plethora of camps and adventure programs, festivals and more.
