About UsTelluride Publishing, bringing the grandeur of Telluride to your home for more than 20 years Telluride & Mountain Village Visitor Guide is produced by Telluride Publishing, the company that also publishes Telluride Magazine. The magazine was launched in the winter of 1982/1983 and was the first four-color magazine to represent Telluride and its surrounding region. In 1987, the staff at Telluride Publishing recognized the growing resort community's need for a visitor guide, and produced the Telluride Vacation Guide, a four-color magazine that provided all the information necessary to plan and enjoy a trip to the region.After the dedication of a new town on the other side of the ski mountain, Mountain Village, the guide was changed to incorporate the town and called the Telluride & Mountain Village Visitor Guide. In keeping up with the trends, the publications were hosted to the web in 1998. Telluride Publishing also produces the beautiful Telluride Calendar—in a place as awe-inspiring as Telluride, it would be a shame not to.
