Marriage License RequirementsMarriage licenses may be purchased for $10 at the county clerk’s office in the historic San Miguel County Courthouse in downtown Telluride, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You must provide proof of age, identity and parents’ names and addresses. If divorced, you will need to give the court’s city and state, and if widowed, the date and place. No blood test is necessary, and there is no waiting period. Once issued, your license must be used within 30 days.
